The hotel was established following the success that the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Nsiah, experienced at their first Accra location. It is a one-storey building with well-furnished and decorated rooms. Annually, especially at Christmas time, the accommodation donates bags of rice, sugar, pastries and clothes to children in the Kumasi Children's Home (a local orphanage) in order to show their love and concern for these children in unfortunate situations.
